Typically the build-up is confined to the tip only, not further up the tubing. | New firmware version for the Incubator Modules has been release. We have recently seen Incubator Modules (IM) with eject errors or home errors during self-test. It was found that some units are returning a positional error code when the correct position was reached. To overcome the problem we have added some additional de-glitching code to the home position sensor and eject sensor edge detection routines. Also added a 50 step delay between front edge and rear edge detection code for the eject sensor to reduce eject sensor failures because of electronic signal "ringing" in the sensor output.
In addition, for newly manufactured modules the plate carrier mechanism is being tightened to reduce the side-to-side play which may also contribute to these positional errors |
